"Booked this location for its proximity to a wedding we were attending on Clearwater Beach. The location is ideal however everything else associated with this location is far from ideal. After a day at the beach for the wedding welcome party there was no hot water in our room. Tried calling the number associated with the hotel and the voicemail states that the hotel is closed for business and is in the middle of changing ownership, if you have any question please text this number, sent a text. Found a random guy that was walking by and I asked him if he was staying at the hotel. He said he was working on the water issue, “someone must be running the hot water so the tank can’t fill up so I have shut the hot water off for now”. Still no response to any of my text messages or voicemail that was left. Finally received a response to the email I sent after a few hours that confirmed there was hot water in our room. Go back to our room to finally shower, no hot water. After multiple emails back and forth and being refused multiple phone calls because “it won’t help solve the problem”, we were offered a different room 3.3 miles away. We declined the relocation because again, we booked this place for the proximity of a wedding we were attending. I was prompted to file a complaint for a refund through airbnb. We didn’t book through airbnb, we booked directly through the hotel website. We packed up our things and checked into the Hyatt at 11pm. The next morning I received an email with refund details. The lack of communication, the voicemail stating the hotel is closed and not taking any further reservations, the emailing back and forth is all very concerning. I understand a maintenance issue but the lack of being able to get a hold of someone and the level of hospitality is beyond anything I have experienced before. If you are only concerned about location this place might be ideal but I would stay far far away."

"Excellent location !! So close to the beach and pier 60. We had a great time staying here, the room was big with 2 king size beds and it was very clean. It has a great water view from the patio. They provided us the beach towels which is fantastic to enjoy the Clearwater beach. Antoni was great host !!"

"I stayed in room 108, it was better than what I even expected. The room was extremely clean, the bathroom was very nice with a nice shower. It has a small kitchen. It is very roomy. The pool is clean as well. In the back of the hotel it has boat docks and people were fishing from it. I highly recommend this resort and I will definitely be returning."

"I booked my visit way in advance before Hurricane Idalia raised a potential safety issue with visiting Clearwater. After raising my concerns with Antoni, the host, he seemed strict on their refund policy which is crazy because if Idalia was worse why would I risk my safety just to visit so I don't lose out on money. Luckily the hurricane did not affect Clearwater as much so I was still able to come. Just sucks to hear that there was no reassurance if the Hurricane would have been worse on getting a refund. The room and location was perfect, there was a decent amount of towels to use and it was nicely presented with some water bottles. There is only 1 extra toilet paper so if you run out, you have to purchase some more on your end. With that being said my next visit to Clearwater, I will not be booking with Antoni again. He does not have great customer service, and he does not respond. Out of all the AirBnBs/Hotels/Motel spots I have visited in my lifetime this was the worst one so far simply because of the lack of communication. There was automated emails sent from the host, but if you had a genuine concern or question good luck on getting a response. I will be booking with other hosts in the future and potentially the nearby motels. PS I go to Clearwater yearly and will love to book again with Lea (she is a host for multiple rooms like this for AirBnB)."

"Our room was ok. Beds look clean. Everything else was not clean good. Dust, shower curtain had yellow stain on the bottom. Some towel had red stain. Kitchen was dirty. Burner was dirty with food. Fridge was clean and working properly. Ac was working good but dripping water on the balcony. So much more. Not Anthony but the lady was extremely rude. Bad customer service and no good communication."
