"During my daughter's new patient visit, x-rays were taken. At checkout when she questioned them on Xray charge, office attendant got aggressive and said, the charge was due to x-rays done within the year. When my daughter continued to ask, the office attendant on this charge. became rude and insisting she had to pay. My daughter who is not versed in these issues as she just started to go to appointments without me last 3 years called me to ask. I am the policy holder, called in to speak with the attendant who was rude to me too once she knew why I was calling. I Asked why the cost was not provided up font to which she said, "it was not her job to explain our policy to us". to which I replied it is their responsibility advise upfront any uncovered cost before providing the service and then we could have had the x-rays provided from the previous dentist. Once I said this she got extremely upset and placed me on hold to speak with her boss and said it was taken care of. I asked for something in writing that says we no longer owe it. She said they could not do so now i could not understand why they could not provide a bill with a 0 on it and said she could email it to me. Begrudgingly I agreed to the email, and I still have not received it! After she hung up with me, my daughter says, she proceeded to her to leave the office. She refused to give her the paperwork & continued to tell her to leave the office. Only then did she give the paperwork to my daughter. She will not return to this office, and we have filled a complaint with my insurance provider. She was also told she needed a deep clean. She does not."

"On my last visit for a cleaning the hygienist said my gum was bleeding a lot and recommended some antibiotics that would be inserted by my teeth. Initially she said I needed 8 total on the top and bottom but then said I needed at least 4 costing $55 each for the bottom and I would have a few minutes to think about it while she finished the cleaning. I had 2-3 minutes to think about it and said yes go ahead when she asked for my decision. I delayed flossing because I was concerned about the antibiotic falling out. When I flossed 6 days later something came out that looked just like the thin piece of antibiotic that was placed by my teeth. I believe patients should be given the option for that or an antibiotic prescription to fill at the pharmacy that probably has little or no co-pay and allows the patients to properly floss their teeth like they should."

"I got my cleaning done with Edward!! He is awesome. He did a thorough job, and he got to know me as a person. He made me feel very comfortable by explaining what he was doing when he was doing it. To be honest, I was dreading coming to get my teeth cleaned because of bad experiences in the past. But now, I am very happy with the look and feel of my clean teeth. and can’t wait to come back and really focusing on getting me teeth and gums back to the health they once had prior to my bad experiences.
