"Cute place with well appointed rooms. I didn't stay there, I was visiting a friend. Her room was clean and nicely decorated in a casual, beach way. It was a place you could kick back and relax in. It's on the beach and the Gulf is right outside your backdoor. There is plenty of shopping and dining nearby. You can park right outside your door which is handy if you have young kids or if you have mobility issues."

"Booked this property through VRBO Nov 5, 2023. Had to cancel within time allowed for full refund. As of December 25, 2023 have still received no refund. Property management says its VRBOs responsible. VRBO says it is property owners. We are still fighting for a full refund. It has been a nightmare. Please book elsewhere. Do not trust these people. BEWARE"

"Great rates and a great location. Room 5 has an adjoining door, so it was easy to hear people in the next room over. Some of the shade slats were missing from our door, so anyone could walk up and see in our room, making it not feel very private."

"We booked here on Airbnb, but the code we were given for the door didn't work (low quality locks? Dunno). The number we were given to call if there were problems didn't respond, neither to texts nor voicemails. We eventually called Airbnb, who said they'd have an answer in 30 mins. Over an hour after that, we cancelled the reservation and had to look for somewhere else to stay, now at 9pm... In the parking lot of another hotel, we finally got a call back from the manager, some three hours after we first called, and well after we had already cancelled/refunded the reservation. From the outside, the place looked kinda trashy, though we probably could have delt with that with enough beach and rest, had the management ever gotten us in."

"Place was described on Airbnb as a condo. This is a "vintage" motel meaning it hasn't been updated and needs a lot of deferred maintenance. The location on the beach is wonderful with great sunsets, however the price paid is about the same as an upscale hotel. The noises from the vehicles passing in the night didn't allow for a lot of restful sleep."
