"Dr Petriilli was working on 2 patients at once bouncing back and forth. Very PAINFUL experience in replacing a crown. Guess he was rushed. Expensive and Crown still hurts while it did not hurt before, temperature sensitive. Not happy with experience, would avoid. Even the assistant seemed rushed and hurt me during my procedure. He needs additional help to give each patient the time and care they deserve"

"Dr Petrilli does a good job and when I had emergencies he was able to see me promptly. His staff is very courteous and attentive. The reason I am not giving him 5 stars is that every time you want to schedule a dental cleaning, you have to do it 4-6 months in advance. And if for some reason you need to reschedule, then you have to wait 4-6 months again. My husband and I had to go to other offices to get the cleanings and check ups done. The problem is scheduling cleanings. And this was happening even before COVID."

"This is the first time in my 50 year old life that I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Dr Petrilli is compassionate and concerned dentist with a great chair side manner. The staff is amazing and incredibly welcoming. They are always there to address any question or concern. The office is beautiful decorated with a calming Italian motif.
