"This is my 3rd year going to Ms. Becky C. She is ABSOLUTELY the Best!!!! So organized, patient, kind, wise, & VERY knowledgeable!!!! I would not go to anyone else but her!!!! She is beyond amazing & very professional!!!! This office at times does seems a bit disorganized however, if you deal only with her, you will be in great hands!!! That’s all I do!!"

"I called several offices of H&R, because the first ones were too busy to answer. Normal for now. The last one was friendly and helpful, but in the end, I decided to try Turbotax for only $89. My friends said to give it as try. It was good, and I finished my taxes in about 100 minutes. Before I started Turbotax, I didn't think I could do it by myself, but it worked okay. Now I'm visiting France, and if you can believe, I'm almost able to forget about American taxes!"

"Went there and did taxes no problem but the payment process seemed off. Then I realized I was double charged. After speaking to corporate they told me to speak to the direct branch I went to. I was directed to the store manager, Bill I think his name was, who told me to send him a photo of my statement and said he’d have to look into it. Two weeks passed and he never got back to me so I had to call him back. He said he didn’t see any problem which tells me he didn’t even look at the photos I sent him because there were clearly two charges back to back. Poor management. Something this basic and easy shouldn’t be this much of a hassle."

"I have gone here for a couple of years. I always met with a Senior Tax Advisor and then leave my documents and set up an appointment to return when they are complete. This year when I returned to pick up my completed forms, my new advisor hadn't even started my return. It was very infuriating. She told me to go shopping and come back and they would be completed. They are now completed but plenty of my time was wasted in the process."
