"This place has sold to another individual! My mother and I were waiting for her final appointment to get her dentures, tried calling today and the number is disconnected!! No warning, never informed, and just found empty buildings. Sold to another doctor and now have to call the insurance company to see if they paid them or what we do next! Horrible and very unprofessional!!"

"Started out okay they did help me get a financing company to pay for my dental work, but everything seem to go down hill after that. I was very nervous and did not take in to account that he said he was going to fix the Root Canal that Dr Todd had messed up, but yet he doesn't do root canals and do a 4 tooth bridge. The temporary came off and broke twice. Being that I have never had dental work I thought that may be normal. So here we go 1 tooth Crown needs root canal, easy right. Nope broke temporary and now I had to have it extracted bcs I have been in pain for so long bcs he left the nerve exposed that I am tired of being on antibiotics and in pain. Also I have tried to get hold of his office, out of office and the office staff will not return my calls. There is no emergency number, so I had to visit another dentist office. That ended up being a great Dental office and Dentist! Its really a shame that someone is put through this!"

"pretty good experience. The people are friendly and did their job well. although I wish they would’ve told me everything that was going on, during my visit there were periods of time where I was just waiting , and they didn’t tell me what I was waiting for or how long it would take."

"I worked at the practice he has in the villages “your gentle dentist” for one day , very nice man... but no chair side manner, he’s weird, and doesn’t talk as much, always looks like he is not happy to be there. I did work for him for one day and that day was horrible the way they do things is so different then how dentist and offices run now a days, he can’t hold a hand piece probably, didn’t know where to turn on the water for the headpieces pretty much doesn’t know his own practice... doing new patients exam he just walks in looks at the teeth (doesn’t introduce himself) and have us assistant write down what he recommended for tx then walks right out wow! (( Treatment is not cheap but his work is)) all he does is sit, eat and play games on his tablet. He has no type of motivation to have his practice bring in new pts to be more busier, to motivate his team nothing !! I had one pt say he didn’t even tell her what he was doing in her mouth and was upset and has been upset prior to her previous visit. I suggest pts look somewhere else for a dentist I wouldn’t trust him with my worst enemy, family and friends. Shelley office manger is awesome and I liked her hopefully she doesn’t get upset with my review but I am just being honest I can’t work for a dentist like him ever !!! Shelley deserve to be at a practice way better then this one she is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Please keep looking for a different dentist and please read the reviews about him on “talk of the villages” “Yelp” “google”"
