"Good when you can get in. We have been established with my daughters for about two years now. We had an appointment scheduled for December but it was cancelled on their end. They want to reschedule for july. Which would make their last appointment a year before. They said they are too booked up to get us in. I get it but when YOU cancel then maybe YOU should get my daughters rescheduled in a reasonable amount of time. Very disappointing. Maybe he is too popular to care about his patients. Have to go to another dentist who can actually keep their appointments."

"They did it again! I just received the Explanation of Benefits from Guardian and was charged more than they were supposed to charge. Why, WHY do they overcharge for services?? Do they not realize that some of us actually review the claims they submit to our insurance? I gave them the benefit of the doubt this time and got shafted again. Charged me $118 when My EOB states CLEARLY that Patient Responsibility is $90.70. Unbelievable. Yes, Dr. Bland is great with the kids, but I refuse to continue to be raked across the coals by this office. Unreal. They still owe me $56 from last year's visits, that they refuse to acknowledge."

"Best children's dentist I've ever taken my family to! Even our little first timer (4) was happy. The office is beautiful and clean. The staff is very helpful, polite, and nice. Highly recommend. "Words cannot express Dr. Teddy's skills. He's extremely professional; and extremely gentle and encouraging to my 5 y/o child. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though his office doesn't take our insurance, every penny spent there is worth the comfort that my child has a positive experience each time she is there."

"My daughter had a horrible experience with Dr Bland. Very impatient. It was the worst ever numbing my daughter has ever gotten. The staff was rude as well, unprofessional. They really want to push the sedation no doubt so the dentist can avoid having to actually be a good patient dentist. Do not take your kids here! I have no doubt that some if not all of these reviews are friends or family of the staff. I mean really they sound to good to be true then they probably are. And the chances of every reviewer giving five stars... Way to obvious!!!"
