"The staff and hygienist were all helpful, pleasant and professional. Due to a mix up in appointment time I was 15 minutes late for an appointment for which I thought I was 15 minutes early. The dentist couldn’t be bothered to stay (she was there when I arrived) so I had to make a second appointment for service that should have been handled in one visit. Doesn’t seem very professional to me."
