"Let me start by saying that I’m usually not the person who takes the time to do a review. However, I absolutely have had the worst experience with getting my veneer replaced with Aspen. First, the temporary cover for my prepped tooth came off the same day and I had to walk around embarrassed and afraid to smile. Second, I was called back into the office and told that more work prep work needed ti be done on my already shaved down tooth from the first visit. The temporary immediately came off the same day again. I had to go to work 3 weeks with my broken tooth exposed. Finally , when I was told my veneer had arrived and it was placed over my tooth, I woke up the next morning and the veneer was off in my mouth. Fortunately, I didn’t swallow it. Now on my forth trip back regarding the same tooth because my bite was off and I was terrified that the veneer would again come off, the dentist shaved more of my teeth down to accommodate the new veneer. I had to go back for a fifth time because now as I explained to the dentist, my tooth feels loose and sensitive. The dentist shaves or tries to smooth out my already weak feeling tooth more. My tooth still is not right, but now the dentist tries to say I should have went with a crown!! This has been a nightmare and the integrity of my tooth has been compromised. I have to seek out another dentist to fix what has been horribly damaged. I wish I never had gone here. I’m not sure how this will be corrected…. Did I mention it’s my front tooth?!? I know when they read this review, they will know exactly who I am, but I don’t care. Even the dental assistant said she gets nervous every time she see me back again!!! Don’t go here…. Run in the other direction!!! They don’t even deserve the one start I had to give to allow this review to post. However, I will say the manager really tried to be accommodating to me even in my distress about my tooth as he took the brunt of my frustration."

"My visit started off rough as I scheduled online but was contacted on the Saturday before My appointment to be told that I was not a new patient so I could not keep my appointment on Monday and had to be rescheduled to Tuesday. The gentleman who helped me over the weekend was very professional and provided excellent customer service. When I arrive to the center I had to give all of my information all over again that I had already given over the phone only to find that I had multiple accounts in the system under my maiden name. I went to the back and completed three different types of x-ray imaging for my teeth. While waiting for the imaging, I noticed that the floors the windows were disgusting. They look like they hadn't been cleaned in years. My appointment ended up taking over 2 hours. I left without a full treatment plan review because I was limited on time. I then went to the Leesburg location to have my future appointments scheduled and to have everything reviewed with me. The staff seemed all over the place in Mount Dora. None of them were on the same page and there was a serious lack of communication. I was told that they have a newer office staff and that they are working through some growing pains. I hope that they can start off with a full office cleaning."

"The front office staff are so nice and helpful. The other staff members not so much. Both techs that helped and did an x-ray seem to have an attitude. The Doctor was rushed and very off putting. If you are self-conscious about your teeth and trying to better this is not the place to go. They made me feel horrible. I will not be returning. I miss the older doctor that was there a few years ago he was helpful and understanding to what your situation was."

"I had an emergency with my veneer and they accommodated me the same day. I had to have a new patient exam which was free to me and I was thankful for that. The staff was very professional and they got me in and out in a timely manner. The doctor was very thorough and you can tell he was knowledgeable & had excellent bed side manner. Checking out there was easy and the associate had a cheery disposition. Over all this visit to Aspen dental was satisfactory and I would highly recommend them to others!"

"From the first call all the way up to our in-office visit, we had a fantastic experience. The staff is excellent! Daysha, Roland, Brendon, and the doctor himself were great. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate Daysha's efforts in helping care for us. She bent over backwards to find any solution she could to help us out. Gathering information, scheduling an appointment, going through the exam... the staff is super sweet and awesome to work with! They're very understanding, and I appreciate their kindness and empathy. Keep up the great work!"
