The dental assistant Bianca throughly explained all the work I needed and the process of work to be performed. She answered all the questions I had, while also explaining the prices for the work, given I was self pay. They were able to perform some of the work the same day and scheduled me the next morning for a cleaning. The Dr. made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain during the procedure. "This place is really nice, and makes one feel well taken care of. I had some gum trouble and needed scaling and polishing, and I was a bit nervous about it. I know from past experience that this could have been a painful procedure. Thankfully, Luz was able to get the job done efficiently and almost painlessly... without the dreaded shots...yeah! I was surprised and pleased. Similarly, the front desk folks are really good, and when there was a strange message from my insurance company, they did not hesitate to support me.
