"Wow what a change. The people they used to have were very friendly and supportive, but not anymore. The dental hygienist barely said anything, but when she gave orders it was always so quietly I couldn't hear her. She used a ton of water, and there was no sucking it out with the tool. I would have drowned if I hadn't swallowed it all. Dr Penrod was great as always, but that took just a few minutes."
