"Today was my first dental appointment with Dr. Shields. I was there for two hours! This was the most thorough dental appointment I have ever had. Dr. Shields was fabulous, as was her hygienist, Julienne. Both explained all of my x-rays, hygiene, and suggested work that needs to be completed, and I had estimates before I left. My issues are not hygienic, but because my fillings are old and need to be replaced. I’m terrified of dentists and Dr. Shields was kind, calm, and so very knowledgeable.
