"I visited this dental office for a routine teeth cleaning. Initially, they conducted X-rays of my teeth, but the procedure felt somewhat rough, causing me to feel nauseous. Subsequently, they presented an estimate for the cleaning, quoting a price of $120. I inquired about the possibility of using my insurance to cover the cost, but unfortunately, I found their response unclear. Despite my uncertainty, I proceeded to sign off on the estimate and allowed them to proceed with the cleaning. During the cleaning process, I experienced numbness in my mouth, which was surprising as they had not informed me beforehand about the anesthesia. Additionally, the water used during the cleaning accidentally wet my shirt. Overall, I found their approach to be somewhat rough. Upon completion of the cleaning, I was provided with toothpaste and mouth rinse. However, upon checking out and paying the $120, I was surprised to find that the receipt indicated separate charges of $15 for the toothpaste and $16 for the mouth rinse. Furthermore, a few days later, I received an additional charge of $81, which was not covered by my insurance, bringing the total to $201. While I acknowledge that I should have scrutinized the estimate more closely before proceeding with the cleaning, the overall experience has left me dissatisfied, and I do not plan to return to this dental office."

"Dr Seth and everyone in the office couldn’t have been more kind. They are patient and answer my questions. My experience was good in the office but I honestly wish their xray technology was more up to date, specifically investing in color digital xray equipment would help identify dental issues more clearly and more readily than the older black and white films."

"HORRIBLE. I went to this dentist in February of 2022 because i was feeling pressure on my jaw and i could feel that my wisdom teeth were coming out. The doctor saw that i needed my teeth pulled and refused to write a referral because “ the jaw issue had to be addressed first” she then left me with no option but to take out a credit card and get a $700+ mouth guard that OF COURSE they charged and did in-house. I went for at-least a year and in every single 6 month cleaning appointment I asked about the referral for the surgery and she told me to just wear the mouth guard longer and REFUSED to write me a referral . Also On my last appointment with them i was in the process of changing jobs and moving and they tried to charge me over $200 for a “oral cancer screening “ that i wasn’t even asked if i could afford i ended up crying because i was so overwhelmed by money and the lady that saw me cry went to another worker to tell her what was going on and i hear her say to the other worker “ SHES CRYING” as if the other worker was telling her to continue to pressure me to pay. Then that same worker that wanted to charge me came to “ calm me down and ask what was wrong “ when i tell her how overwhelmed i was with money and that i just need a cleaning that day she says “ well we have payment plans” LIKE WHAT PART OF I DONT WANT ANY MORE DEBT DO U ALL NOT UNDERSTAND!!!! Very greedy and fishy in this office, also on my last appointment I basically had to yell at the doctor that the mouth guard wasn’t working and the doctor didn’t even turn around she told me while facing her back to me and walking away after seeing me for 1 second “ u need to wear it longer” . Now because of her medical negligence i was told by the surgeon who did my wisdom teeth consultation that because i “ waited too long “ to take them out the wisdom teeth’s root grew and are touching my jaw nerves which is a higher risk for complications. I WENT TO YOU ALL FOR ONE THING AND YOU FAILED TO HELP ME I HOPE I HAVE NO COMPLICATIONS AFTER MY SURGERY BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILURE TO WRITE ONE SIMPLE REFERRAL AFTER MULTIPLE TIMES OF ME ASKING !!!!"

"Very pleasant experience, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They answered all my questions and concerns. My first time visit here and dental visit in over 6 years. It helps that the staff overall is caring and professional. Would definitely recommend them to all and any type of income concerns they also have good payment plans and options."

"Great first-time experience as new patient. Had filling replaced. Appointment was on time, staff was thorough and professional, no up-selling or unnecessary procedures and was done in a little less than an hour. Appreciated being shown first on paper what was going to happen and how much was covered by insurance and what was not (in my case zero). All was good!"
