Dr Nguyen was a pleasure to work with and appears highly qualified. Rachel and Cindy at the front desk is super friendly too. I was very impressed with the amount of high-tech equipment they have. Very happy with my visit and proposed treatment plan."

"My visit today was to address the possibility that a tooth could be the cause of another medical problem. I was very pleased with the Dentist and her assistant listening to my medical problem. They were thorough with their dental reviews and also friendly and cordial. (5 stars) The front desk was also friendly and cordial as usual. However, I found out today that I had a credit of approximately $175 sitting in my account from a prior visit related to last year. I was happy that I had a credit, but disappointed that I wasn’t mailed a check for the credit as opposed to Cirillo Dentistry automatically holding my money until they saw me at my next appointment. If I hadn’t set up this special appointment I wouldn’t have been made aware of the credit until my scheduled cleaning in November. Apparently, insurance paid more than they expected or saying it another way, I overpaid based on what they asked me to pay. It’s not the first time that they’ve held my credit. I think the administrative staff should make the customer aware of credits on their account as opposed to automatically holding my money until they see me again."
