"Staff was very nice and accommodating to my needs. I usually feel pressured at dentist appointments but this time it was not like that. They made me feel comfortable and actually educated me on what had to be done and thankfully, they provided me with several alternatives for my treatment. The only thing that I was having issues with initially is getting the appointment. The call center did not register my appointment the first time so when I got there they couldn't find me so it was rescheduled (which actually ended up working out for me because I was sick as a dog that day). Then that appointment had to be rescheduled once again because the dentist was not going to be there. By my third time there, I wasn't aware that with my new insurance there was a 30-day wait before they covered a full mouth exam, so I waited 45 minutes before I found that out then ended up rescheduling for the next available. I literally almost gave up, but I'm glad I didn't. The staff treated me very well and I am content with their personal service so far; I would only just suggest they change their call center servicing team. But I would still recommend them to my friends and colleagues."

"Yesterday a piece of a tooth fell off. Coast Dental was able to see me this morning. They were able to do a root canal and temporary cap this morning. They kept me informed of what they were doing and checking to make sure I was not uncomfortable. I was very impressed."

"I give them four stars. I would give my hygienist, Thompson, five stars! He is great! I feel very confident and secure in his hands. He does excellent, thorough, gentle cleaning. I love Dr Paternoster and he does very fine work. I would also give him five stars. I have to give the entire office though only four stars because of the horrible call center they are attached to. The call center does not relay messages appropriately and disrupts scheduling. Today my appointment had been changed from 8:30 to 8:00 a.m. and I had not been notified. I got a call from the office at 8:15 asking why I wasn't there. This was very annoying! Fortunately the office was still able to take me when I arrived at 8:25."

"Dr Paternoster was great he explained everything in detail before the procedure. The Hygienists were also great they were very kind and did not push for unnecessary work. Beautiful dental office and also very clean. Very professional staff. After visiting many dental offices in Tampa I will keep this one as my permanent one."
