"I walked in as a new patient. The staff made me feel comfortable as well as the dentist. They did a thorough exam and explained the procedures that he was recommending. Everything was explained so that I could understand them, and I was asked if I understood. I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone as well as their friendliness."

"Everyone is always so nice at Spring Hill Dental Associates from the ladies at reception desk to the hygienists and Dr. Ledger! The office is clean and has the latest technology. Dr. Ledger does amazing work and has excellent bedside manner. He's friendly and takes the time to do the job right. I've never felt rushed out of the office. I've been to his office for routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, and a partial and it is always a great experience. The wait is never long. As someone who has always been terrified of going to the dentist and has had bad dental experiences in the past, I can say that this office has done a really good job at easing my fears and making dental work a breeze."

"Poor quality materials. 2 failed permanent bridges in 1.5 year time. Was told that the material could withstand a hammer strike! Then told that it must be teeth grinding or strong bite! Imagine, a bite stronger than a hammer. Then his assistant asked if I were chewing rocks. My money, 3700+ out the window. I am sure his response to this will be full of lies. Dr. Jason is a liar. I was not rude. I have cut and pasted the text I sent him in the paragraph below. Good evening Dr. Jason. This is Sandra Figueroa. I am texting to be sure you get this message. After having you do 2 failed bridges, and I am grateful that you took responsibility for the first failed bridge, I expected that you would at least offer a better explanation. I keep playing your words in my head, of how the material you used was strong enough to withstand being hit by a hammer, yet you accused me of grinding my teeth. Which til now, was never mentioned I did not expect you to give me another permanent bridge, I expected some sort of answer other than another 3300 dollar procedure, after I had already paid 3700 for the first bridge. By the way the first bridge lasted less than a year as did the second one. I have been a patient at your practice for many years. Albeit, most of those years with Dr. Lu. I have lost confidence in you, and will be bringing my broken bridge to another dentist, to have them examine this material that can take a hammer strike, according to you and also to examine me for evidence of teeth grinding. You will be hearing from me after I get to the bottom of this fiasco."

"While on a trip to Florida, I had a bicycle accident which resulted in damage to my front teeth, pushing one of them out of place. I needed to see a dentist right away. In looking for a one, I read the great reviews for Spring Hill Dental Associates. I called and was able to make an appointment for that afternoon. The entire staff was very caring, taking extra precautions to avoid pain while taking x-rays. It took Dr. Ledger a great deal of effort to get my tooth in place, but he refused to give up. He explained to me what he saw on the X-rays, gave suggestions, and took time to answer my questions. I’ll always be grateful for the care I received."
