"So I came here for a wisdom tooth removal. Wow was it horrible. The Dentist couldn't get my tooth out they numbed me about 5 times and even with the dentist using all her weight on my entire jaw she couldn't get it out. With my mouth bleeding they send me to an oral surgeon. I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins mouth bleeding but they got it out in 5 mins. After the entire experience they told make to redeem my something before the year ended which was a free cleaning. So i went and they charged me $120.00. Place is a joke."

"It's a robbery! ... I am disputing the $257 charge from Ideal Dental because I was not made aware of their prices PRIOR to the service. It is a common practice in the US to make customer aware how much he is going to pay BEFORE he makes decision about purchasing any item or service. Ideal Dental did not tell me their rates (which I find outrageously high). They put me in the chair, made X Rays (the service I didn't need, as it was already done 2 weeks before), and wanted me to pay $427 to cement the crown. (The crown I brought with me). I was expecting to pay $50 for that (as I did a couple of years ago at a different dental office). When I refuse to pay this outrageously high bill for such a simple procedure – the manager told me that I have to pay $257 for X Rays and visit. As a result - I didn't get help, and I paid for something that I didn't need to be done. When I go to the store, or to the medical office, or to any business establishment – I ALWAYS see the PRICES FIRST. Ideal Dental is taking a different approach – to GET the SERVICE FIRST – and to pay for it LATER. This practice misleading customers. I can compare it to a robbery. I wish they would change this to a normal procedure: You tell me HOW MUCH you will charge me – and then I will decide if I want to pay for it. Please be aware!"

"Be careful and do not be scammed by these people. My doctor was not listening at all. I showed him the two teeth that were causing the pain, but he insisted that teeth #8, #9 and #10 are in worse condition ( he was using numbers during the whole conversation). I told him that I wanted him to work on the two that were causing the pain first, but he still did the two that were not causing the pain. They also talked me into signing up for an annual plan which was supposed to save me some money. However, I realized I ended up paying $99 more with this annual plan. Also, I was given an appointment card for a dental cleaning. I decided to not come back again due to the unpleasant experience with the doctor, so I threw away the card right after leaving the office. Guess what? I received a message asking for a $50 no show fee on the appointment day. This is so ridiculous."

"Last time I came to this office was my LAST. This place scams people. Stay away. They charged me a high bill for a deep clean and INSISTED I get all of my work done on the same day, even though I had work. They pressured me a lot to get a mouth guard through them, but I was extremely expensive. The bill looked like my insurance didn’t cover much at all. Prices are way too high. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else"
