"I had been a patient here for many years and never had any issues. My dentist and hygienist always did a wonderful job. My last visit there they billed me for a crown that was covered under my insurance. When called my insurance company and confirmed that it was covered and I should not have been billed I reached out to the dentist office and was told that the insurance company was incorrect and I would not be issue a refund. I ended up having to file multiple formal complaints with my insurance company until I was finally given a refund nearly 8 months later. I had to call the office multiple times again to confirm a refund would be issued and at no time did they ever even apologize for over billing or admit to me they made a mistake. It seemed like they were slow walking the entire process in hopes I would get frustrated and just go away. If you look at the reviews for Coast Dental corporate office you will find many stories like mine."
