"Rudest people I’ve ever talked to. I’ve had an appointment for over a week and then day before they called me for a 930 appointment. Tell me I have to come in at 7:30 now because things have changed and refused to let me have the appointment I made. Tells me I have to print out my pre paperwork and I must have it ready. They never sent it. Then I called to get the address and the lady who answered the phone couldn’t have been more rude too as I was a little upset with myself it was so far away from me."
