I haven't had a cleaning in over 10 years, but Heather made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a deep cleaning and scaling from excess tartar build-up. "What a breath of fresh air! This dental office is everything. The staff is super friendly and competent, the entire facility is CLEAN and there is modern equipment too. I left another office in town, which I was stuck at for years due to insurance reasons that had poor care, ancient equipment, and I didn't have confidence in the advice or recommendations the team there would make due to multiple bad experiences. Gainesville Dentistry Co. blew me out of the water with how good the communication was, and how well taken care of I felt as a patient. Heather was my hygienist and she was very detailed, gentle, professional, and kind during the entire process. Dr. Feldman is also thorough and nice! I got more information in one visit here than an entire 4 years at the other office I had gone to. Another plus, Kim is an amazing hygienist I knew from prior dental work and I was so excited to see she was here because she is probably one of the best in Gainesville. Somehow, this office has figured out how to make dental work (usually an anxiety-inducing experience) feel like a spa. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. If you have any doubts about your current office and want to try somewhere new, can't recommend this place enough."

"The place is super clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. They explain everything so well. Everyone there has a solution for anything. Kim did my cleaning and she was very thoughtful, took the time to explain things to me, and made me very comfortable. I never felt rushed but I also never felt like I was waiting on anything. The place is very efficient while also very thorough. This is probably be my longest review because they are worth it. As a person who is trying to take better care of my teeth I feel like this place sets me up for success and gives me great goals to reach. It’s a great place and that’s the tooth."

"Everyone was very nice and really helpful. The office was very clean and welcoming. Dr. Feldman and his assistant, Narlyn, were so very personable and didn't make you feel rushed. They made you feel comfortable. Narlyn explained what was going to happen and Dr.Feldman explained everything in detail as he worked. Both asked if I had any questions and waited for my reply.
