"Friendly and kind but not knowledgeable of their own system. The amount I got was significantly less than ever before and then the amount of fees and charges took 2/3 of my refund. They got more of my refund than I did. I won’t be returning. That is ridiculous. And my “tax professional” did not take any work or education purchases into my return so I guess I’m just out that money as well. May as well be a scam. Then when I got the emerald card assuming it was the refund advance as advertised they informed me that it wasn’t and it would be months before I likely get a refund of 134 dollars. Meanwhile I’m sure they get my 174 dollars immediately. Highly disappointed. To add to it all the emerald card I received doesn’t recognize my info. That’s just great. Between the time I wrote this and now they called me and informed me that the IRS put a hold on my return because my “tax pro” entered some wrong information. I was livid. It had been an entire nightmare working with this person. Yesterday management called me and assured me they were going to fix the issues I faced to where we would both be happy and repair the relationship. I’m hopeful. I’ll add the final outcome down the line and hopefully everything works out."

For the last 3 years I’ve been filing paper because I had issue with not receiving my personal pin, Mrs Scholl took her time to help me create an acct on Id and patiently waited til I was connected to a live agent. She explained everything to me thoroughly and give me a peace of mind. We need more caring and passionate people like her. Mrs.Scholl keep being great."
