We enjoyed working with Justin in the past, but since their growth my family was left feeling like we must be chump change and the lowest priority to them because we couldn't get an update on our business or personal taxes without consistent nagging. They managed to drag out the 2022 tax process an entire year, and now we've been blindsided by late fees & interest. I was happy to work with them to try to sort this out, but after the rude and insulting email I just received from Evan, I can't trust them."
