"Ignore that one star I had to tap it in order to leave a review. I went to this location but my appointment for 10:00 a.m. I waited around to 10:45 no one showed up. an I text and call the number they provided on the door if no one was there no answer. I literally walked an hour to get there and no one answered my messages when they told me to call the number on the door. Here it is the next day and I still haven't received a phone call back. The same thing happened at another branch not too far from that one where I showed up for my appointment no one ever showed up. Thank you but no thank you I'm going back to Liberty Tax"
"Got an appointment within two days of calling.Tax.preparer very nice and knowledgable. Only complaint I have is the same day we got our taxes done, I got a 25% coupon sent to my email. Maybe I'll wait and check for a coupon next year before calling."

"Awful service!Went in today to try to recieve a tax advancement that I was pre-approved for online and the only, old woman in there working today was lazy and rude and acted as if I was a bother to her, even though i walked in with an appointment.Luckily, i contacted another Jackson Hewitt who was more than happy to assist me and accept my business.Please dont waste your time coming here.There are too many other tax preparers with excellent customer service, in the area awaiting your business!"
