"I'm a banker and came to this place to get an estimate of how much I was entitled to receive on my tax returns. The lady said "we dont do estimates." I never heard of a place that does not verify the estimated amount in reference to how much you paid in federal taxes, home loans, securities, having children, etc. Very awkward place. I do not recommend."

"I made an appointment to take my personal taxes the beginning of April and was told they would be submitted by the tax deadline of April 18. When I called to follow up (they provided no update and I was getting nervous), I was informed they filed an extension for me and were spending the days before the deadline filing extensions for everyone. I didn't want an extension. It's May and they still haven't filed my taxes. The staff are nice and I like supporting small businesses, however, they appear to accept more clients than they can reasonably handle. My recommendation would be to get your taxes done early."

"I had such a horrible experience with this company. Melissa claimed that she was experienced and could help filed my taxes, only to get tossed around ever day about how her boss have to look over the paper work, then I was told that only her boss could help with certain part of my taxes, then every time I called she refused to speak with me until they gave me back all my tax paper almost a month and a half later! Very unfortunate"
