"Went to this location last weekend and witnessed one of their tax advisors angrily yelling and berating the front desk staff while physically pounding the counters hard and making an asinine fool of themselves. Tax person was a cranky-looking thin older female with short cropped hair. Goes by Jo??? There were other customers in the lobby and it was embarrassing to experience that. Very unprofessional and chaotic environment. Unbelievable that this is how they treat their customer service staff. Maybe this is a warning to NOT WORK HERE. Not sure how well they do taxes but not getting my taxes done by that raging woman."

"I didn't really like the fact that I had an appointment and I was blown off and had to come back on another day to take care of business. The blonde with the short hair with multiple colors that was sitting at the front desk was extremely rude and when we asked her about how much time was left, we were dismissed and told he'll be done when he's done. Somebody like that should never be sitting on the front desk. She's very Curt and very rude. We weren't being rude we were simply asking since it was our appointment time how long it would be. We ended up leaving. At no time did Doug come out and say hey this is going to take a lot longer than I thought can you guys reschedule. That would have been the courtesy move. whether we come back next year or not is up in the air."
