"Very disappointed in the quality of service received from this organization. Communication was lacking and understanding of custom need was very limited. Calls were missed - sent too voice mail every single time you call. Tickets were closed without validation nor a solution. Communication with BBB was minimally unsatisfying. Very poor customer service. Save your money and use a Real accountant. Total waste of time and resources. They must be paying Google for their 5 star rating because they are far from 5 star quality. Definitely would not recommend. Not even for the smallest task."

"I signed up for this service and was gung ho to get started. My on boarding call was scheduled but I couldn't make it. Waited for a call to reschedule but it never came. So I called and was rescheduled a week or 2 later. Sat by the phone waiting and no call came. I received an email maybe an hour later saying sorry have to reschedule. After reluctantly agreeing, waited for call a third time and WOOHOO IT FINALLY CAME... about 15 minutes late at which time I was FUMING and decided I'm not doing this!!! I demanded a refund but was told since it's past the 30 day trial, they will NOT refund my $2,640 that I paid!!! I wouldn't trust these people as far as I can through them!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!"
