H&R Block

"After getting my refund decimated by the IRS..... I paid in $89 fee to h&r block..... They told me they would email me when my funds were available on my debit card...... My refund was approved and it took 3 weeks to get the money put on my emerald...... H&r block never emailed me my funds were available???? To tell you the truth they didn't really do much.... Although Mr Shaffer was a very nice person who did all he could to help..... They never emailed me last year either...."

"They added peace of mind to my bill without telling me about it for $40. Extra. If he would have told me I never would have taken it. When I asked him why he didn't tell me about it he said " I thought you would want it" I feel he was trying to make a bigger commission and he figured I wouldn't notice it. I bet a percentage of the people that has it done to them never know that it was done. When I called to complain they said they'd mail me a check for $40. But I feel that they should give me a full refund since I feel it was done intentionally"

"Up until three years ago I’ve been coming to this office to see George, what a wonderful person. This man I saw today.. granted I was late.. leak in my apt.. but he just couldn’t be bothered. Did not offer any help outside of typing in W2 info. I won’t be back. Terrible customer service. Just thought maybe David( older man) doesn’t like his job and gives you guys a bad rep.
