"Please save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE. My taxes were filed incorrectly and I owe $2,000 LESS than what was told to me during my appointment with Linda. I brought the issue up to Mona the office manager and she was beyond rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative. She told me there was no H&R Block guarantee for inaccurate refund amounts which is incorrect per corporate. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. As a customer I should not have had to pay another tax preparer to properly file and amend my tax return. This is ridiculous."
