I terminated my services with them and they withheld all my data, refused to give me access to anything regarding my company until I rehired them, very well knowing I would need it in order to move forward with another payroll company. DO NOT trust this business to have your best interest."

"Liberty tax is a rip off. Last year lady told my boyfriend he was eligible for the 1400 stimulus. Did if he didn't get it to come in this year and they will help him. So he gets all his info together and goes in. They tell him he's not eligible, charge him 170.00 and tells him he owes the IRS 300.00. they never gave him he's tax papers from last year. They are so misinformed and very unprofessional. Do not get your taxes done by liberty tax. They will rip you off."
