"I always use h&r block. My taxes are simple. I choose h&r block for peace of mind, for costumer service, and for the organization they provide when I file. As a loyal costumer my appointment was made for me last year. I show up and not one of the tax pros can see me. The lady at the front desk Instead of apoplozing and taking ownership blames me because they called. I reschedule a week later. Show up a second time and left after waiting 40 minutes. Very disappointing"
