"Made an appointment at 11am, I sat and waited for almost an hour and then a man walks in with no appointment at all, he fills out some form, waits like 5 minutes, if that and they take him back. So, I left… they called me and said that someone can now take me and I could come back if I wasn’t too far. I explained that I had an appointment and I’d been there for almost and hour and how another person came in after me and was taken back in less than 10 minutes… the lady said sorry and that it’s first come, first serve. So, I asked what was the point of scheduling an appointment with me then, if that’s how it is.? Then she says “ohh, something happened with the system and it scheduled you and another client at the same time.” So, first it was “it’s first come, first serve.” Then when I say I made an appointment it’s “something happened with the system.” Which one is it.??? All in all I feel like someone should've called instead of me wasting MY time coming up there…"
