"Did my taxes here with them. There are a few things to keep in mind. Let's start with the positive, people are nice and professional here. I missed an appointment due to going to a wrong H & R block office and they're fine and I easily rescheduled. Now, that being said, they need to refine their website and location database to better assist their customers. Price wise, it's not gonna be $69. I wish this was also listed on the web that way we didn't have to schedule an actually appointment to know how much it will actually cost. Overall it was an okay experience. Could be better in general."
