"When I dropped my taxes off the girl at the front desk and no idea what she was doing and had to keep interrupting the only tax preparer that was their with another customer. After a week they still hadn't been able to assign my file to a preparer because my taxes were to complex. I ended up just picking them up and taking them somewhere else but when I picked them up the guy just handed me my packet. All I told him was my last name, he never even asked my first name or verified my ID or asked any questions. When I got home I looked through my docs and I had someone else's tax forms mixed in with mine. This office is very unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend."

"It was horrible, the young man I delt with did not know what he was doing, kept going to his manager who did little to nothing to help, web site does not provide any information on what is needed for solar panels credit I got nothing but the run around. Both the manager and mr n. Imply I was trying get an illegal credit for solar panel,the manager was very unprofessional and rude, then I was told to leave and come back another day because there were closing."

"The entire process itself was very direct and time efficient. Scheduling an appointment, sending documents, and receiving information were all exceptionally quick and easy to get done. I didn't even need to leave my house to get everything done, and with Covid-19 running rampant, that is a major point of appreciation. It's only been a day and the IRS has already accepted the return. I'll definitely be using H&R Block again."

"I pretty much had a good experience. Although I had an appointment, I had to wait just little bit which it was not that bad. They offer other services related to your taxes for anyone that need a peace of mind,etc..... They take walk ins.."
