"I filed my taxes back in February, til this day 7/28 I have not gotten a response from them when I called I have emailed them as well. I noticed on my 1040 the direct deposit banking account or routing number is not even correct. It’s a whole different account/routing numbers. My refund is yet to be accepted and IRS tells me to have them review again my return. safe tax sent me an email yesterday 7/27 that my account will be debited 929$ when my taxes have not even accepted. This is ridiculous I need someone to contact me on this matter as it’s unfair being charged for something that has not even been resolved as I have bills to pay and this is ridiculous."
