"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE, I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE OVER THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED MY PURPOSE FOR COMING IN THEY SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT AND SENT THE CONFIRMATUON VIA TEXT, I PICK UP MY CHILDREN FROM SCHOOL TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I GET THERE AND SIT IN THE LOBBY FOR 30 MINS THEY CANCEL AND TRY TO RESCHEDULE NO THANK YOU, NECER AGAIN"
