"We've gotten our taxes done here the past three years. The first time was because because we had moved back to the state and needed help navigating the logistics of state taxes vs. non-state taxes for the two different states we had lived in. That tax refund was audited and we owed a little more for the state tax than we had been told and we ended up having to send an additional check out of pocket, which wasn't ideal, but not the end of the world. The second year we had the baby and needed to ensure we deducted that correctly and everything came out fine with that return. It did take a long time to do our return - like two hours, cause the person was newer and training. It all turned out fine. This year we went back and were able to run through things faster as we knew what to expect and brought all the proper paperwork. We set an appointment for 11 a.m. on a Sunday and arrived on time, but were then told that no appointments should be set before 12 p.m. as there wasn't anyone there until then....but then why did the online system allow us to schedule that time?? But the tax rep came in at 11:30 a.m. and helped us right away despite it all, which was very nice! Overall: A It has ups and downs, and can be pricey so keep that in mind. But, if you aren't sure what you are doing and need the help, it's a good bet to get your taxes done correctly."
