"Most horrible service. Unheard! So wrong! DO not set you for failure. You get nothing but errors and stress. These people are SO irresponsible. You call customer service, nothing is being done. Their tax preparers DO NOT respond on emails for WEEKS. Or when they respond ,it's something irrelevant. I requested to update my tax return and art has been a month. Update due to incompetent representative of HR Block. Went to meet to Lina at Dr. Philips. Provided needed to her. She disappeared for weeks! Her manager assigned another person. The person is incapable of sending a draft of amended tax return. Yes, I have to check after them as I keep finding ERRORS every time I am checking. Asked for Orlando Manager SUE to call me. NOTHING!
