"STAY AWAY! We made a new client appointment for today at 10am. The gentleman told me he had availability everyday this week before 11am, I said, “ please give me a time on Tuesday 20th.” He stated 10am? He went on to ask that prior year’s taxes are with me and of course I obliged. I drove from celebration, due to construction it took me 50 minutes. Upon arrival the suite was tough to find however when I did, I knocked on the door as it was locked. It was also dark under the door. I could hear the phone ringing with no answer. After standing and waiting, there was no where to sit, I called. No answer so left a message. After 25 minutes I left and called again. I informed all three different voicemails for this company, Locksley, David and Kevin of the situation and that it was highly unprofessional as well as a horrible first impression, when you are trusting someone with finances. SOMEONE should have called me to apologize however they did not. SHAME, they lost a very good potential customer that could have used multiple services besides tax prep. Stay clear there is a reason that this company is Google rating went from 4.7 when I initially researched them to now they are rated 4.3."
