"We used Hargraves office for nearly 25 years. Generally, we were pleased with their service. However, recently my employer switched dental insurance providers and Hargraves office was not in thier network. So part of this is on me. According to the plan they pay 100% to out of pocket providers, sounds great right? Until you read the fine print that says they pay 100% of THEIR plans amount which was nearly $100 less than the billed amount. I tried to negotiate a reduction in my out of pocket expenses for this claim, but they would not budge. Even though I am fairly certain they would have accepted a lesser amount from other insurance providers. So beware and make sure you understand EXACTLY what your insurance pays because whether you like it or not you are NOT the customer..... Your insurance company is, and you maybe left holding the bag.... I was very disappointed that they would not bend even a little after our many years of being patients."

"I can’t say enough good things about this dentist and his team. We recently moved to the area so we needed to find a new dentist. So glad we found Dr Hargraves! First of all, the hygienists that my husband and I had were both very friendly and very thorough which we really appreciated. Dr Hargraves is very easy to talk to and addresses any concerns that you have. The office is very clean and we didn’t wait long in the lobby. This place is all around great!!!"

"I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years. As long as Dr. Hargraves has a practice, I will be one of his patients. Super guy, great demeanor with his patients, and all of his staff treat people the same way. His staff tend to stay in their jobs a long time, and that usually is a pretty good indicator that they enjoy their work situation. I had an immediate issue that occurred on a weekend so I called a left a message asking to be seen on Monday if at all possible. The office called me back first thing Monday morning, and said she’d notify me immediately if she had any cancellations. Within the hour she called back and said I could come in at 2:00 that afternoon. By 2:30 I was good as new, and on my way. Very well qualified staff, great attitudes, and Dr. Hargraves has shown many times that he’s very conscious of the cost to his patients, and always offers options in treatment that will lessen the financial impact if it’s a more involved issue. I highly recommend Dr. Hargraves to anyone in need of quality dental care. And as a bonus, if you value a great human experience with he and his staff, you will love this place!"
