"Horrible experience. My son used their online service back in 2020. He recently received a notice informing him that he had been audited and a bill was produced. I contacted H&R block and was told they weren't responsible. I explained that they had completed the forms and e-filed on behalf of my son, but again was told they could not and would not deal with this situation. Truly worst experience ever with a tax preparer. UPDATE: They reached out to me after I posted this review, asking for an opportunity to make amends. At that point we had already settled and paid the tax bill. Therefore, nothing further was done."
