"First off, when calling to make an appt the receptionist made me feel like my call was not welcome, she sounded flustered and not able to handle phone calls and whatever else was going on...made an appt online same location. Tax agent made some "interesting" (borderline unprofessional) comments about how I'm filing and not being the one claiming my son as well as a comment on the one I'll be claiming next year. Personal opinions on family situations should not be commented on in such a way by a tax professional even in a 'joking' manor IF thats what it was. Not happy with this location at all, will not be back."
