I was very worried at first about not even getting a refund bc of what I thought was a problem, but she assured me and relaxed me and let me know that even if I have to pay back, it wouldn’t be a lot and she’ll try her best to help me. "Not even sure how other people had such a great experience. We were constantly have to show the lady where to input stuff and how to do it. She also spent time arguing with us that filing head of house hold is the same as filing married filing separate for couples… which makes no sense. Weeks later and we get a letter that errors were found on our taxes and now we have to find out what’s going on to get our money. It’s unfortunate because we used H&R Block in Colorado and loved it. The whole point of paying someone is to stress less, not more."
