The tax expert never even spoke to me to properly explain the situation to me , the representative just simply told me to go to the Kennedy location before even trying to figure out the situation. Receptionist did not ask me any questions to better handle the call to begin with. Was told I needed to go back to my previous tax expert, not good service to me. Everything was already uploaded into my block app. She just needed to take the time out to do the math. I felt like I Was given a rough time. Felt like the person who told me they would start on my taxes didn’t want to do the extra work because I am self employed! She was trying to send me to another location that is very far from me."

"I received such excellent customer service that I had to write a review. My agent, Angela Brown, completed my 2022 W2 in a flash and with such poise and simplicity. Whilmenia Freeman was another agent who was amiable and hospitable. She completed my 2021 taxes the same day because her next appointment had canceled on her. She didn't want me to finish it off by coming in on another day. This was a blessing to me given my hectic schedule tomorrow. Ican't forget Eric, the engaged front desk employee. Last name I believe to be Barron. He was conscientious and cordial to everyone he encountered. Most individuals don't know how to handle being pulled in a lot of different directions, yet he does it with nice customer service. Give that guy a raise, heck give them all raises. This is the place if you want individuals who are concerned about your taxes and will work hard to obtain you as much as you are entitled to. Again, I want to thank that group."
