"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Very rude dentist. I came in for an emergency molar removal. And wasn’t explained till after the x-ray that she doesn’t do removal for adult teeth. They knew EXACTLY why I was coming in. She then gave me a referral to another dentist! I’ve had teeth pulled before by a regular dentist why can’t this dentist do a simple tooth removal? Dentistry 101. It seems that office tried to get me in there so that they could get money for an office visit and an x-ray. My tooth was loose. I was in extreme pain and I was given no pain medicine and I wasn’t even going to be given an antibiotic until I asked. Dentist Orr even went as far as saying, my teeth will never be as good as hers because ever since she came to the United States as an immigrant when she was 30 years old she’s taken care of her teeth immaculately. Sorry, I’m not a dentist! I asked her to look at my molar on the other side and because she had already taken off her gloves she gave a dirty look and said while I’m at it, is there any other teeth you want me to look at? I was in COMPLETE shock! Her bedside manner is absolutely unprofessional. The office staff was very nice but this dentist is absolutely horrible."

"I hate seeing these negative reviews of dr. Orr & her office. I have only had good experiences. So sorry Susan, hygienist, is gone, but Casey is excellent. Dr. Orr has always been professional, caring, and offers several alternatives to solve dental problems. Just in for a cracked crown. Sarah in billing is so helpful as is the front office. I guess hard to please all of the people all of the time!"

"Paid Dr Orr for teeth whitening. She did a great job, when i asked for my trays she became hostile and said i told her I didn't want trays. Argued with me and then insisted i come back to get fitted for them later. I tried to schedule this 3 times and on my last attempt they said i didn't pay for them quoting the new price changes vs the old prices. I did pay for them and they weren't provided. Fast forward: I haven't visited dr orr much since this issue. Her attitude towards me and my trays issue was enough to drive me off. I get a call today from a collections agency trying to collect $42 from me on her behalf. YOU OWE ME TANYA not the opposite. Stay Far Away from these people. They will argue with you, make you feel bad for asking for what you paid for, and file false claims on your credit."

"Went to the office expecting great things. Before I ever got my first appointment I received a call from the office asking me to write a great review...(1st red flag) Dr has great personality, examined me, set another appointment, was billed for appointments I never went to, (2nd red flag) fought with office for over a year to resolve false billing. I never received any tooth care...could her only interest be $$$$$$?"
