"2 weeks ago I came here to do my taxes,Had a very bad experience with 2 workers supposedly with 4 Years of experience, and they didn’t know what they were doing, also I had to Paid $857 for IRS and H$R Block by April 15, I left very upset, but then I received a call by the Manager an explain the situation I had and she wasn’t to happy of what happened to me that day,Today I meet the Manager Ebony and the other worker Alex which they help me so much and explain that it wasn’t completed my paper work and I didn’t have to pay that amount that I was told, only for the paperwork. Alex and Ebony are amazing, very professional of their work and double check on everything if they missed something and plus I felt like family, Ebony and Alex is the one you guys have to go too because they know what they doing, They definitely need a raise.We need more people like them,Thank You so much to both and I will definitely come next year to file my taxes with Ebony and Alex. You guys are the best. Once again Thank you Ebony and Alex."

"Alex Philips is a liar. Flat out lied and said he didn’t say something he did. We specifically made an appointment to come back to do what he said we could do and then when he wasn’t there we were told we can’t do it and he was called over the phone to ask about it and he lied on the phone and said he never said that we could come back and do it, which is a lie. I won’t go to this office and I definitely won’t EVER go to Alex. I can’t believe that he lied like that. Seriously if you didn’t know, and you make a mistake, own up to your mistake dude. Don’t lie about it. Unprofessional. I won’t go to this office at all now since I see this is the type of people they have working for them. Sidenote, if possibly the manager cares at all, I’m sure you have cameras, and can hear and watch our appointment with him (Where he did, in fact, tell us that we could come back at any time to get the rest of the advance money)and see you have a liar working for your company."
