"I used H&R Block for the first time and it was the worst decision I ever made . I’ve been dealing with my issues since MARCH. Suneetha was suppose to fix my taxes from the first person who messed it up . She literally took all my paperwork and piled it up and said it was not worth looking at because she knows the girl who did my taxes and there’s no way it could be messed up . Her manager told her to help me so she went ahead and amended my taxes . I’ve been waiting since March to receive my money but of course SUNEETHA put the wrong address. It is about to be October and my money has been sent to a address that does not exist . This has been a never ending nightmare. Suneetha also admitted that she was rude to me because she found out I made a complaint to corporate after her coworker hung up on me . I literally read out loud the letter I received from the IRS and the receptionist said it’s not possible and hung up . Then to go in the store and have them pile up my stuff and say “ it’s not worth looking at “ is insane when they were completely wrong and still have not got it right. I’m disgusted with the service. Avoid going to the Waters location at all cost ."

"I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment this morning with Suneetha. Very quickly after sitting down she asked why I did not file with H&R last year. I tried to explain to her that I was not satisfied with H& R block's results so I took my business elsewhere. She then got very agitated and told me that I would need to pay a $99 consultation fee up front in order for her to continue. She said that she couldn't take the risk of me taking my business elsewhere. When I asked her if this was an H&R block policy she stated that it was direction from all of the district managers. I understand following direction however, I built my morning around this appointment. She told me that I could call and speak to her boss but I would have to leave. I had every intention of filing with H&R block this year but the way that this woman treated me within the first 5 minutes of me being there led me to NEVER want to do business with this company again"
