"The worst experience I have ever had. First of all they had my phone number and could of told me they were an hour behind. When i get there she ask me to wonder the store for an hour and that she is sorry. Then I'm there an hour later and still wait when I finally am able someone else runs in front of me and Jackson Hewitt ask me if I could wait 5 more minutes so this person can get it sent. Well 5 minutes turn in to 30 minutes. When we get started I realize the Jackson Hewitt person is not very knowledgeable. I tell her I got new windows that would qualify for energy credit she says no its only for solar she calls supervisor and finds out you can claim it. He ended up having to overwrite what she had done and we finish the return and i am hit with a $395.00 bill. She ask if I'm ok with that and I say NO but she just continues to checkout. I find out later I didn't have to except that and just go elsewhere. Not to mention that the screen with all my information is facing the aisle in Wal-Mart, where people actually stop and cell phones went up. Praying they looking on their phone and not stealing my id.Unknowlegable, unprofessional and way over priced for a regular return not even a itemized version"
"Pros: I've been using jh for bout 10yrs & never had any issues, the early advance is great! Now the cons: the fee for filing well it's pretty pricy if your filing just a simple W2 & u don't need an early advance then u qualify for the free E-file cause even tho I have just a simple one form a W2 I use jh cause I need the early advance so this yr I paid $700 for them to file my taxes but everything else is great just wish they didn't charge the amount of what some pay for rent"
