"I’ve filed with H&R Block for 10 years and always just direct deposited my money into my bank account. I was told the emerald card is so much faster. So far my money is just sitting on a card I will never be able to use because it just declines. I was told my the store that I got my card from to go to any local office to get a new card. I stopped at this office and a gentleman name Steve “helped” me. Which was really a lot of huffing and puffing that he was having to do this. I was told by the Manager of the office I filed with they have a direct number to get through to customer service. He looked at me like I was dumb and made a sarcastic comment along the lines of “oh that’s news to me” and then clicked on his computer and “ goes but let’s see if I don’t know what I’m talking about” He had an attitude the whole time like I had bothered him meanwhile I have my kids with me that I can’t go get food because this “amazing and easy” card doesn’t work. I’ve tried calling the customer service line for two hours now and keep getting disconnected. Don’t use this office if you want to helped."
