"After going a decade without a dentist, I was referred to Dr. Bailey by a mutual friend. I was so nervous my first visit that I broke down in tears right in the waiting room. I hadn't had the best experiences in the past and I was so embarrassed by how much work I truly needed done. I realize now how silly that was. I used to cover my mouth when I laughed and made a point to stand further away from people, but now I actually get compliments on my teeth! He and his team had to almost entirely reconstruct five of my molars from the floor up and you would never know it. I even have trouble telling the difference sometimes. He's a true artist! I'm a bit ashamed to say that, initially, I planned on just going in for my reconstructive work, but I have stuck with the routine cleanings. They are so gentle that I sometimes catch myself almost falling asleep in the chair. I went from full-on panic attack at my first consultation to seeing every visit as a gift to myself. I always joke to my hygienist that each cleaning feels like ripping up all the carpeting in a home renovation only to find the original hardwood floors in perfect condition. As an added bonus, and this is so important, when anyone asks a question, they will actually remove their hands from your mouth to let you answer!"

I had called around to make an appointment to get an abscessed tooth fixed, and Dr. Randall Bailey's office was able to get me in quickly. The other dental firms were all 5 to 6 weeks out. (BTW he is also my wife's dentist) I had x-rays and preliminary root canal with the regiment of antibiotics and a return in 2 weeks. At the initial visit I had a cleaning done as well. Best experience ever! None of the bloody gums and spiting blood - this procedure done with baking soda blasting was painless and very little gum bleeding. And boy do your teeth feel good afterwards. Dr. Bailey is friendly, courteous, with a great sense of humor. He seems to be a doctor that really loves his work. I really do like this dental office - all the staff are great as well.
