"I visited on free pickle day. I love the pickles! I noticed a new menu item, a chicken wrap. I ordered it, however, the restaurant was out of chicken. Though disappointed, it was really nice that I was offered an alternative protein. I tried turkey and it was pretty decent. I enjoyed a sauce sample, as well (orange in color--maybe some type of bbq). I appreciate the willingness to accommodate. The young men in the store that evening were very pleasant. Thanks JJ! :)"

"Even though Jimmy John's couldn't help me out. They did give me some ideas and recommendations on how I could get their food delivered to Lake Gibson physical therapy and about some of the other eating places that delivered straight to Lake gibson physical therapy! I have eaten at Jimmy John's downtown Lakeland restaurant and it was very good and they were very polite to me."

"I decided again today to give jimmy john's one more chance Because I truly love their bread and quality of lunchmeat. This today however was scimpiest almost $9 sub. I have ever seen in my life.. The onions I ordered were not included on the sub and forgotten.... And I think I might have gotten too small slices of lunch meat at best. I am ONLY rating two stars because the bread is fantastic.....but the sub as a whole deserves 1 star ! unfortunately this is the last time I will be ordering and forever. Lost my business at this location. I wish there was a way to leave photos here but I will be sending then to corporate office. Oh and when I say $9 sub....my order for just sub was almost $20 with delivery fee, tip, etc. Absolutely ridiculous"
